The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                                                
 HOUSE BILL NO. 24                                                                                                              
    "An Act relating to instruction in a language other than English;                                                           
    and relating to limited teacher certificates."                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
HB 24 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                  
Finance Committee.
